Umm...no, because a lot of police are very slow in response, and really, there is no reason to NOT add owner tags.

Actually, there is. There is no 100% proof way to do it, and if you did and someone did steal your rocks by making you unable to hit your rocks in time in any way, there would be no chance to get them back.

Umm...How could they stop you from hitting your rocks, I think it goes without saying that mining areas would go NPK, and if it doesn't, I'll say it now.

or higher police that can do more work. It cant be that hard to watch mining places and do a few other things. I could probably do 3 peoples work. The staff sucks on g2k1.
