Simplifies to...

When a party has earned enough points to become a gang they get to choose one of the many gang bases on the gmap. As they progress and continue to earn points through gang activity they will be able to unlock other perks such as a gang gun, or more player slots to increase the capacity of their gang.

Gangs will be able to capture each others bases. To capture a base the attacker's will have to destroy a chest, or stand on a point till the base is considered captured. To give the defender's a chance the attackers will have to maintain the base for longer than 2 hours before ownership is transferred over to the attacking gang, upon receiving ownership of the base they will be rewarded with the bases unique perk or other rewards that still need to be determined.

Now what do you think is easier to read and understand?

When you're trying to present an idea to the public you shouldn't make them work more than they have to understand it. The final presentation of his 'ideas' were poorly presented and then he went on to talk down and react negatively to those who called him out on it which is why this is continuing.

Came out of grade 12 with a 84 average.
Got accepted to Dalhousie university for arts (my choice), but life happened. Most of all my math courses were advanced courses. For someone who seems to say the least accomplished as far as your "path" in life goes than how can you write such a terrible essay? As kids to adults we practically are slammed with essays to the face so I doubt you've forgotten it. Now I think I'll trade my own answers.

That's why this is bothering me so much. Not to mention I spent alot of time writing that all out, and reading it back to myself for hours, the ideas are very complex (speaking of the spar platoons). Okay. Let's not consider the fact they just might read the first page, read half of the second page and realize "Oh they're just bickering." and give their opinion towards it! Silly me!

If they read anything past page three your idea is as good as dead in my personal opinion to most with an IQ over 35.

It could've been better though. A lot better. The flashy car bit goes as, people who have flashy cars usually are compensating for something.

I would like to say sorry for the third time. I haven't wrote something like that in a while. I did try my best to make it so that it would be easily understood by anyone fresh to these ideas, though I'd like to point out they are also very complex. BUT please respect the fact I took hours to write all that out, and yes, some of it was off the top of my head but it isn't like any of this is written in stone or will ever be used. I just wanted to put it out there.

I actually tried to view it in paint the first time I saw it. The image itself had been shrunk so the text couldn't be read except for the big green words and those were even hard to read at first. Next time consider attachments or just making a powerpoint or something (whatever floats your boat

) I've respected it took hours but what hadn't made sense to me is If it took you so long don't you think you could have taken 10 minutes to give it a true proofreading?

Now that we've gotten over the point that you're terrible at conveying your ideas and writing/posting, I'd just like to say that your ideas that weren't common-sense (Parties->Gangs) sucked (Being able to shoot out tires, command helicopter to view gang raid from above) or were unrealistic (Platoon/Battleground System).
