Hmm, well it of course depends more fullhearts does make it so that the NPC Scripters will probably make stronger weapons, which would in turn make it so that it is indeed all the same except that it takes longer to get. Although if you calculate it a player with anAP between 20 and 40 would die in 3 blows with the goldsword and with 4 with the lizsword, so in a way it would make people with 20-40 AP die faster. Not that it really matters to me, I'm the oppostie of a PKer. ^_^

I'd say even the best stuff from Tyhm's resolution won't address attitudinal inherency- that is to say, bad players make for a bad playing experience. That's why nations is a good idea, it might straighten things out some. But the "creme de la creme," so to speak, of the Graal players are on Graal2001.

Oh well, Tyhm is the master of his own business.

Well making the Classic players play in Nations will make them slightly more like we are and force them to cooperate (sp?) in certain cases. And well there are smoe people who haven't paid who could be counted to "de creme de la creme".

Well, certainly we left some good players behind on CGM, but we brought few bad players with us. So it's not so much that CGM = Bad players, it's just the G2k1 = good players.

I'm one of the (If you check versions at least) newbies who found their way to Graal2001 though, not that newbies are bad in all cases.

Lomgren is correct. The Goldsword will be limited to a certain area. Maybe, eventually, I might create a Paladin Nation that can carry the goldsword as long as they maintain 100 AP...

Well Dante did say that we have a lot of good players, but some bad ones too, and who are the good ones and who are the bad ones is of course something completely personal.

And if I play CGM when/if the Paladin nation comes online I'll join 'em, I used to be the guy who was second on the saints list so I should fit right in.

I'm certainly not a player killer I've killed about 2 people in my entire life on Graal. But it affects everyone- non-playerkillers die too. Besides, if you're not going to kill people, why would you want a gold sword anyway?

Dante, it's an RPG. You get swords, you get items, it's just part of the game. You feel as your character is more important if he has the most powerful sword in the Graalian world, no?

If you're not going to kill, why want anything? Why want a sword at all? Why want bombs or arrows? Why PLAY? I think you are mistaken... Graal isn't a game about killing.

I never said I was going to G2K1...in fact, I specifically said I wouldn't. Don't think I could if I wanted to. Antago and Lycia are both of high esteem on this server, and despite occasional attempts at friendship between abusing players, I don't get along with either of them.

Of high esteem, meaning held IN high esteem, meaning even if I could prove to the admins that you guys were clearly abusing your power and driving away players and you lost your administrative powers, it would only be a matter of time before they decided to give you yet another second chance. I mean, Lycia, how many guilds do you have to destroy or try to destroy before you run out of second chances? How many more times can Antago insult the "peasants" and quit before they change the locks?

You two are favored by the admins, regardless of your admin status.

She's not held in high esteem.

Lycia is just a somewhat important person on the server, and you can never count on getting along with important persons. But in terms of actual esteem, Mr Bear, Hawk, Stefan, they're much higher.

I disagree on both counts. Antago's back enough to make your sig, all he has to do is ask Stefan and he'll have an admin rank. And as for Lycia, she'll never be without RC for more than a week, no matter what she does.

But by definition, to be held in high esteem is to be respected and admired. Compared to most other staff on G2k1, that's not Lycia at all.

You never bothered to even try. That showed me how sorry you were. As I've said before, actions speak so much louder then words.

And please, Do Not tell me again that it was a minor thing. I find this highly offensive. Especially since you were a member of TAW when Contego deleted their members so you knew exactly how it would feel and how it would affect the members. Anyone who runs a guild knows it takes alot of effort and time and even trust to make it strong and keep it going. It is very demoralizing to the members to have the security of the guild breached in such a way. And by a GP, no less.

And Avelon isn't even the only guild you've messed with. I believe there was also an altercation with NBK? And now you claim to have totally mended your ways but I look at what you're doing with SM and I can't believe it. You are purposely putting SM in your tag and avatar, even though you are not a member or even a pending member. Your continued casual claim to the right to the SM tag is causing arguments and strife within that guild, but because at this moment you want to be in SM, you don't seem to care about the guild itself, just what you want. Again... your actions are belying your words.

BTW, I'll be more then happy to provide proof of anything I claimed to do with Avelon... I did save all 80 pages or so of the Avelon thread from the old message board before it was shut down, and I have our conversation logged, too.

This is my little Lycia anecdote:

At the time when there was some controversy over a number of SM members leaving because of Lycia, there was also a situation with her being removed from the GP force.

She consequently casually published an "imortant" message on GRN, reminding players that they have to obey all staff, not just GPs and LATs, as though defending the better rights of the Graal staff.

Well, other staff, who could that be? [scratches head] FAQ captains?

This is the one thing I never told her about that really really annoyed me.

The Avelon thing was done while off the RC, thus, cannot be included in anything GP related since it had nothing to do with my actual duties of being a GP. I did admit it. I did apologize to the leaders and to the public on the old boards.

Nah, what Contego did to his own guild was his decision. It was his guild, he could do whatever he felt like with it. I had no say in it until Contego gave me the guild in October, thus, making me the new owner and leader of TAW. It THEN became my business and responsibility. What does Avelon have to do with my GP performance?

The NBK thing has already been straightened out with both me and Bhala. I thought I had authorization to do it from Bhala, but there was a miscommunication between us both and it lead to this. Nothing major happened, nothing was majorly screwed with because I told Shayde to not do it and he also willingly put control of NBK back in Darkman's hands. So please, spare me on that detail.

The deal with SM, well, all I can say is this. I am not screwing with SM. I went into the guilds board, posted peacefully as a new member, I got attacked by a few members in the guild who had prior problems with me that didn't have anything to do with the guild, and they attacked me. Yes, I care about SM, yes, I want to be loyal to it, and I have been thus far. I don't even wear my JF and TAW tags anymore. I don't see your point. Most of the members that had problems with me don't anymore and now want me in the guild, so, please, get your facts straight.
