ok, I posted it first on general forum b mistake, now posting in proper place, there should be RP inspectors that join a kingdom to see if they RP, if they don't RP the kingdom is eliminated!
If I am correct, it is the job of the king/emperor/grand high poobah of the kingdom to make sure they only admit roleplayers. So if they're not doing their job, they should be replaced. Or maybe the non-roleplaying members should be removed from the guild (also, now that I think of it, the job of the ruler of the kingdom). Or maybe the non-roleplayer should be executed, RP-style (and jailed if they don't cooperate) .
