spells/prayers limited?
Are the amount of spells and prayers you learn limited by level? If not are they limited on how many you can learn?

No, they're not limited and you can learn every spell. Meaning a Warrior could be a mage.

Maybe you ask because you tried to learn a spell or a prayer and you failed. If so I can explain you why. To be able learning a scroll is in dependency from the INT level and/or from the level of you magic or wisdom. Some people learned a level 16 magic spell because of their high INT level or using improvement rings, but they are not able to cast it 'cos they are just level 10 in magic. So they have to improve their magic till they arrives that higher level.
