You can't get sued unless Graal Online actually copywrited that phrase "Graal2004". You can;t sue because someone's domain has a part of it "Graal" that is also a part of your name. They have to match exactly.

Also even if Graal Online copywrited Graal2004 they, assuming thought they had a chance of winning a court case, sue the provider which sold it not the person who bought it.
