Why does it say i have to change my password and my account is banned?

also it doesnt say by who it just say
this account is disabled:reason, you need to change oyur password

Apparently Stefan disabled the accounts with simple passwords cause people were hacking them.

All my stuff is gone and my password is really hard

I haven't been on Graal since about 3 o'clock yesterday. When did the rollback happen? And what does the average person lose? Cash? NPCWs?
