If Youi didnt Notcie The Toarch NPC is in the Dustari Castle Walls.....They ALWAYS HAVE THE GATE CLOSED!!!....so no one can get it...i haave or...we have a new p2p account and i cant get the toarch!!!! MOVE THE NOC OR TAKE THE GATE A WAY!!
