Hello. This is a post about Rha. ... ... Anyways, if you don't know what Rha is, it is a server me and a couple people are working on. I am working on finishing Beta 3 of the Rha System, and I need your help.

I am working on the Options Menu of the system and I was wondering what options people might like to see. I already have two options:
Close on Attack
Skin Number

When the Close on Attack option is set, then your inventory automatically closes when you are attacked. Else, it stays open. Skin Number is the number of the skin you want to use. People can submit new System Skins.

What I need help with is creating more options. What would you find appealing? What option should I add? You tell me, because I want this to be as neat as possible.

Hey, you talked about this server a while ago and people liked it. I remember I did. Anyways, I remember seeing your menus and the GFX were terrible. You have to fix them That is all, but otherwise the ideas are good

That is where Skins come in. People will be able to make their own customized menu and submit it. Then, people can modify which Skin they want to use in the options menu.

Also, as an update, the max number of different items you can carry has been increased to 20. Also, when you level up, it will say Level Up x2! or Strength Up x3! if you gain multiple levels.

I will have no problem with your menu, as long as it is not insanely large like providence's.

Currently, the menu will fit if you don't make the window smaller. =P I modified the position values after the post on one of the message boards when somebody brought up the fact that some peope don't resize the window.

Nice, skins for your options menu is a good idea.
Unfourtanetly, whenever I play graal I make the screen smaller, it helps me go a bit faster. So if possible... you should try to make a smaller, more compact version of it, and let the player decide which one to use.

Well, you CAN make the window smaller, but because of the way Stefan programmed the showimg's, the menu's will overlap. Also, the bottom of the status bar will be cut off. I COULD modify the status bar to make smaller..... But, if Stefan could maybe modify the way showimgs are shown on the screen, then it could work out.

If Stefan could modify showimg's so that the higher the index, the higher it shows on the screen. For example:

Index 1100
Index 1101

If he could make it so that 1101 is drawn OVER 1100, then it could work out. Currently, I think the order depends on the location the image is drawn at. The lower the y coordinate of the image, the higher it is drawn. Get it? Because currently the Command Window is drawn further down then the item/status/equip/options window so it is drawn ABOVE them.

*Edit* Also, as an update, I modified the way the Information Window displays info on an item. It takes a split second to display the info, but at least its better than creating a string for every item you have that holds the item info. *Edit*

So. I take it that everybody is content enough with the options Close Inventory on Attack and Skin Type. Ok then.

Be Quiet already, these kinds of systems are small things...its just a part of the gui for something like ToT I'm sure, and its a small thing on Murasamune...1 NPC does not make the server, and there is no point making this one NPC seem so great...

You don't see Kaimetsu or Kyle0654 doing that, because they know what they are doing...

The thing is, the server is going to be built around this system. I am trying to get this system 99% done before we start coding the levels. I was just asking if people had any ideas for further options to include in the options menu because somebody might have an idea that the server could be worked into.

Well form what i've seen this syetm is no "small thing" seperate hp system leveling up its own menu with equippding armor wepaon etc. with streght and defence that have active use. this is far beyond small...

wut does happen to you server when make you a system NPc,
but has you made no or/and crappy levels in server?
