Wand Shop or...?

Hello!
I was wondering if maybe you people were interested in a shop that would be dedicated to only buying wands/staffs? Or would you people prefer them to be event prizes? Or would you like something else? Please vote in the poll

I would like a shop where you can buy new helmets, or just luxury hats. Also I would like a shop that gives out the clothing bag; this bag allows you to hold another set of clothing in it. To change your clothes you apply it, to change back you un-apply it. I will attach gfx for the icon.

I would say make maps as well. but make it so monsters cant be hit by melee and have the monsters be strong....and then at the end of hte map...you get a wand that has no name on it and it has to be identified to get a name of it and ya. like that =D. he hehe. nifty

Back on topic... a wand shop would be awesome... many wands up on tables for sale... and a few wands that are rare and must be crafted =o

Edit: To add on... it would be awesome if they finally released those spell swords or battle rods or whatever... also preppable wands would be lovely

good exp please o.o.....and the wand rather then plat. 0o0o and make it so theres a limit...like maybe put the maps for the wands in a shop and allow you get like maybe..1 or 2...no need to reduce the rarity

What kind of wand shop? Would it be one where you buy wands for plat, or for eventcoins, or what? If it's for plat, i'm all for a shop. I guess an eventcoin shop wouldnt be so bad either as long as the wands didnt cost as much as the stuff in the current one do.

Also, psh, screw maps. Screw them, i say. Make dungeons for mages and priests.
And yes, preppable wands would be awesome...although, i dunno, the only thing mages/priests/alchemists could do with them would be to add pow/wis/int scrolls...and they cost too many potions to count.

While a clothes bag would be quite nice, it doesn't really bother me that we don't already have one. I mean, do you really feel the urge to change your clothes -that- often? I bet that if the bag does get made, then everyone'll use it for a while, but eventually they'll just throw them away or store them in their houses, classing them as "just another one of those items you don't really need often that take up space and weight...like the pickaxe". Probably, anyway...who knows, we might all use it forever!

Yea, but it would all be high priced stuff, and then EVERYone would have a wand that SHOULD be rare.

I like the idea of "The Magic Shop" a store with all your magical needs, potions, wands, scrolls, spellbooks, prayerbooks, enchanted amulets and things, and maybe some new fun things such as flying utlities like the flying machine like uh a broom.

I like the way it currently is...you can get some in Tarnithia and randomly in other shops...that's fine. Maybe just have an unlimited stock of kingdom specific wands on the respective islands in a shop, Forest already has one. Also...of course wands can be evented in the future too =p I really don't care either way though, seperate shop for wands or not that is.

Have Maps for Sorcs, in-which you kill a Shaman and it drops a random wand.

I think they should be in a shop, but not a proper wand shop, but a rather arcane shop in general, where you could also obtain, say, scale mails, platemails etc for use with alchemy.
In addition, I think it would be great if you didn't have to pay with money, but items, a random selection of basic stuff, which the owner demands, like 10 rubies, 2 mountain stones and a figurine for a good wand, and 20 tree seeds for a basic one... just an ides

That would backfire... staff corruption already rules. So now you could have this 'UBER LEET' wand tucked in the back, like, 5 archangel heads, orcs corpse, etc and viola.. 3 players are running around with it because staff ish evil.

Quite a good idea, would make for some wicked kingdom trades.

High price, that isn't platinum. That currency is easy to make 50k in one day. In-fact, I could probably get 500k in one day with the proper cha+ gear.

Wands are not just for look. Heavy Rod of Sunspear (lvl 3) is one of the best staffs to have, PvP or PvM...

Okay, for the map or dungeon for priests and sorcerer, thats retarded. Can't you see there are immense maps, and you have the ability to kill stuff with prayers and magic?! Hello?! Wake up and smell the lucky charms!!

As for the arcane shop, thats a great idea, but how about you can buy the starter things there, (For a alchemy item, or craftable) Maybe, you buy a Sorcerer Wand (Different from Priest wand) and you combine them with like... (new items idea) Demons Tooth, or a Cyclop's rib cage. Then you can get a demonic evil looking black wand. But for animated wands like the sceptre of lightning arrow, we would need to craft like, one of the wands, and then alchemize them, with other items, and we have a animated wand. But to make this tough, make hard to get items, Like a Dievil horn (3% chance of dropping), and make a use for pearls, and emeralds! And all great value gems.

Also, the whole idea of buying wands for plat.. No.

There are people with like 60k+ platinum coin, and that will give a big disadvantage to others. What about a money reset? So we can all start with the same ammount of cash.

Thanks for being ignorant, panda. Perhaps you should try eating real cereal next time instead of that irish marshmallow crap

Immense maps give poor experience, especially compared to the brutal maps that people chug through. Also, most mage spells are highly ineffective against the monsters in there (none of mine work other than like animated wepaon, and i have quite a lot of spells), and priests / mages using animated weapon haven't even got enough time to complete the maps oftentimes.

The only thing we have going for us is lords, and that's poor compared to brutals. Waek up adn smel teh nozehares plz

So you're saying that if they'd cost, say, 1k, then all people would buy 60?

I said wands not rods. Wands do not add any stats, only allow you to cast spells when they're equipped. While rods don't use mana, and allow you to cast spells you don't have without cease.

No offending my food plz?

Immense maps may give poor experience, but most priests and sorcerer's can survive them, since they have protection spells and stuff, and your not limited to one thing, since you have melee scrolls, piety, legendremain (how ever you spell it) / talisman.

I went on a immense with my friend, who was leveling magic, he survived, since he had protection from fire and ice, and didn't cast on me... Well lucky me I died to a demon! He got a lot of good exp, from those evil devil things. But in brutals, he died, so how about, instead of that, making the monsters in immense, give more exp?? You can finish some maps, and some you can't, just like I can't finish a brutal.. (yes I know this is sad)

If they made good items using alchemy, yes. They would probably try to make them then trade them off, to get better items. Thats why money should also be reset.

I just had a genius idea for wands. Harhar.

There should be a wand shop that sells just normal Wands, different colors, and different ammount of "slots" open. Then there could be like a Magic Smithy, where you take items like Gems or other mithical things (maybe phoenix feathers, etc), and he fuses them with your wand and that gives it another power. Also, with every upgrade, it wastes one slot. This would make much more customisable wands.

If I recall... there was a glitch a few weeks ago, where you alchemize your plat, and get more in selling large gold nuggets.
