What is up with that? I mean come on many games have it, classic has it, would it really be that hard to put a hat over some hair and make a gani for it? It's annoying being ugly and bald with these hats.

There are alot of other non-armour hats.

It would require a complete revision of each and every gani avaliable - which is quite a lot, actually.

I think if anyone was willing to add hair to each and any of them, and do it properly (consulting with Stefan first), I think it may be added - but there may be even more problems further down the line...

The hats should be spilt into 2 ganis, the open ones should have hair(like the newyearhat) and the closed helmets shouldn't, but then again, all gains ever done would have to be redone, and then made a second version of again after that ;X
