Annoying Lines

What is up with these lines? (see attachment)
I see them every so often, usually when I log on playerworlds. Everything is fine offline (usually, sometimes these show up). I would like to know how to remove these lines. I have deleted the tiledefs many times. So that cannot be it.

I think (NOT SURE) that will happen sometime when it's downloading a new tileset. Something like that have happend to me, and suddenly a new tileset pops out.

Hmmm that happens to me; but I use removetiledefs; and it works:o
