Tilesets

How do I do tilesets? Anyone? Please help me out.. I'm trying to make a cool map so I can play around in it.. If anyone knows please post here. Thanks!

First off, a tileset will not give you a map. You must make the levels with the tileset, and then generate a map. Based on what I have seen in the past, you can either edit pics1, or construct an entirely new tileset (editing pics1 seems to have become obsolete these days). I personally am not a very good graphics maker, so I cannot offer any suggestions. Hopefully someone with more experience in this field than I can help you out.
