Dungeons of Darkness

Hello everyone! DoD Has been under work lately alot and i'm here to post updates, screenshots, and hirings!
I will be posting screenshots of are new Graphics, NPC's, and weapons!
We currently are thinking of a new name, working on a much better and compataible GUI, and trying to bring you magic!
We so far have made:
A variety of swords,axes,daggers,staffs, and even a few spells!
Three shops filled with instruments, scrolls, weapons, potions, and soon spellbooks you can purchase!
We now have quite a few Races, a gender selection, and even a class system!
We also have armour such as rings to raise stats when worn, and we are also working on Alchemy, already have all the graphics for it ^ ^
Alright, my next few posts will include a few new photos from Dungeons of Darkness.
If you have any suggestions/comments please do post here!
And we are also in need of Scripters to help us out with the new GUI, we can do alot of it but we don't really know how to make inventory and such.
We could use a few Levels and Graphics staff too most likely, and i'm hiring an RP Assistant ^ ^

Looks like you copied the idea of Seiken Desnsetsu's (sp?) use of grass tiles.

now that most playerworlds can do what they
want, they will have swords, accesories, etc just
like in final fantasy games, however, I dont think
they are not allowed to use them in the form
of a ring or amulet. (GK did not copyright these words,
btw...) And all playerworlds are different even if they
use the same ring system.

Well I dunno, since they didnt make their
own names and such, they are limited to
what they can use (that is in existance)..

But if they had made their own names,
like I plan on doing..... A lot more flexibility.

And the GUI is just a test, and yes log on Dungeons of Darkness to see all of this.
We need alot of help with the new Gui, and i could use some help with my kingdom Lohnia.

The rock walls(cliffs) are horrible, I thought they where rock pathways.

Yeah, the cliffs are pretty screwy..other than that..it shows potential..

Oinkness is right...if u think people are stealing from GK well actually GK is an exact replica of D&D if most of u haven't noticed...and D&D is made specificly as a game rule basis...so anoutherwards it is made to be "stolen" from. So all those RPing PWs out there are not stealing just doing what is allowed

Graal Kingdoms is nowhere near an exact replica of Dungeons and Dragons.

D&D: str dex con int wis cha(risma)
GK: str dex con wis int power charm (that right?)

True. However, both sets of stats are used differently. (aka, different system entirely)

well maybe u r right because i dont play GK that much but how much i have...it looks very alike...besides u (i) cant exactly say exact replica since D&D is made for changing the rules as the rules are the definate for it that much but no matter u stick to ur argue ment ill stick to mine =)

The stat names and spell names are really the only similarities that I can think off the top of my head. :/

The only thing that looks like it is from Diablo is the status bar's method of representing Health and Mana.

Really not at all similar unless you count that it takes up the bottom of the screen and it uses circles. :/

That's what I'm getting at. I have played Diablo, and well I wouldn't have paid 60 bucks for a game that had a crappy GUI like the one that was showed in the DoD screensot. He's saying it's ripped when it's not.
