Why should it matter, I mean if he payed $19 for it and he wants to change let him. I can see if he didnt pay and asked to change his behavior but no, he paid. At first I didnt belive it was him, he has changed to much lol, he work on Archaic now and he does a great job at it I might add. Oh so I paid my $19 so that means I can never be banned ever. I'll start by insulting everyone, sending them trojans, using trainers on every server, commit credit card fraud. What else? Oh... so since I paid my money that excludes me from following the rules. And rules weren't made to be broken.

Oh and... not everyone. Plus I know of no globals who use(d) trainers.

I don't think you people get it: I am no longer globally banned on any of my accounts. I am however banned from the forums on my Inphektid and nTENSE accounts, which I just realized. I wish I knew why, but I'm assuming it was simply because I was globally banned from Graal.

All that's irrelevent. You're breaking a rule that is supposed to result in an automatic ban. If you aren't banned then justice is not served.

If I hadn't even posted this thread superb, you'd never even know about that past, and you'd think I'm just some normal guy. Sometimes it seems like intelligence or awareness leads to ignorance, and it's so annoying...

So basically, if Nemesis returns under a different name, he can play for a couple of months, confess he is Nemesis, and nothing will be done just because he payed? Although I know not of what Inphektid has done (might not have been as drastic as what Nem did) it still sounds like the same thing to me..

It's true that the rules ingame aren't always enforced, and I dislike that as much as I do, but the forum situation is far better. For example, nobody is permitted to harrass another user, be it sexually or otherwise. Some threads stay open when you think they should be closed and you think it means the end of the world, but this is merely a product of your failure to understand what rules are for. Sometimes threads do more good than harm, despite the fact that they break the rules. Personal judgement is a huge part of moderation.

Of course, the majority of such threads (or, at least, the majority that I see) are deleted. But of course it doesn't matter how good a job I do, does it? As long as I disagree with you in the slightest, I'm automatically a bad moderator. I'm getting tired of you constantly complaining about this (you'll find that it is against the rules), so don't be surprised if some of your more belligerent posts are deleted.
