I used fickle in the sense that they nag about the stupidest things, and they just all the sudden change their mind about things like you could say god damn for a year and then one day they would tell you to stop because they changed their mind about how bad it is.

Technically, the woman is right. She is allowed to express freedom of religion, unless the graal CoC forbids it(and I think it does forbid swearing).
