A possible solution for PM/toall abusers

I think it would be very useful if Graal had a feature, where the press of an Fnumber button would bring up a window...

The window would serve a similar purpose as a chat room. There'd be the "chat field", the field where you type in your message, and the various buttons (including the "send" button). If this feature is added, I think the old methods of communication should stay. However, the message window would be a much better form of communication. Here are some hypothetical chat commands/ features for it if it was to be added:

shout [on/off]: If this option is checked, the players messages go to everyone (Unless stated otherwise by a message command)

tell account: sends the message to only the specified person.

#RED, #BLUE, etc: changes the text color

channel message: Sends the message to the specific channel. Typing the channel name alone will disable or enable that channel on your message window. Some channels could include Spam, Newbie, Oldbie, etc.

It would also be useful if the window had various options that would block harassers (Twizted, you know who you are) or send an auto-complaint to an administrator. If this feature was added, I'd be able to log in Twizted Juggalo's account name, type in the report, and send it to an admin. If successful, Twizted would get blocked from certain channels, shouts, or the entire window altogether.

I'm a little split on this one.. it might be nice, but it might also compromise the nature of the game.

I'm with Dante. I'm all for a text output pane, but just for sending toalls to so I can see 'em better.

F7 brings up the Toall output, maybe everyone's head next to their message, maybe PMs can, at your option appear in yellow so you don't have to stop walking and pause to open one...admin messages and masses and all that are in their proper colors.

THAT would be cool. And you could either tab to the same message box at the bottom of your page to reply, or move it over to the output pane...but that's getting a little extreme, and you only have so much desktop "real estate" to work with.
