when you draw an npc under or over player and unblock it, and put a blocking npc under it.

if you try to do if (playertouchsme) {commands;} on the blocked one, it wont work, but if you move the unblocked one, it will.

this is a problem if you want to light up an npc for some reason and do something when touched.

Yes in the public graal versions only one npc receives
the playertouchsme thing, in the next version it is fixed
