Walk over roof

On level worldm-17.nw when your on a horse and running down as fast as the horse can if you go directly over godspeed's arena, the horse lets you walk over the wall and on top of the roof by the train track circle, only way to get down is to walk out the door...Fix this!

When g2k1's npc ponys run REALLY REALLY fast, the onwall check wont detect the wall and will let you glide through it. They had to make the pony race track walls 2 fence tiles wide to stop people from flying over it
