Here's an idea, Slag:

Step 1: Go to your kitchen.
Step 2: Find a really, really sharp knife.
Step 3: Place the sharp edge of the knife against your neck.
Step 4: Pull the knife back and forth as if you were sawing wood.
Step 5: Repeat Step 4 until you can't breath.
