Like Satan said, if there are only two farm hands, him and Corpse, I don't have a problem. No special NPC's, just the ability to open/close the gate

hmm... yes... u should have harvest boxes that the apples go into when they fall... so then the trees can die, and the owners of the trees that the apples came from can retrive their apples at a later time, not taking up NE space in the farming land! there's on tree above where u by seeds, it must've been there for months!!

Stefan should just take some advice, and improve farming:
Trees should be able to be chopped down by an axe, and the wood used for something. ;(

the only npc would be an axe gani, i'd change the script to make it so if the tree is dead and a player touches it with the gani of the axe, it gets BOOM
