How this script would work on a server:

I'm interested in knowing if that would affect just the immediate level, or the whole session of that player, and how much that PKing would be limited after use of that weapon, etc etc...

It would work if, when you fire the weapon, it puts an NPC on the board with a script of
noplayerkilling;
