Graphic techniques

I have a question for all you Graphic artist out there, while being Artisticly locked away in a vaction house in NH i havent been able to draw that much on the family laptop due to that i can only use a nub and keys that are horribly scruched together.

My point is that i was givin the job to draw certain animals walking/moving in the 4 directions. I couldnt use the laptop so i started darwing on paper giving ideas on how i would make them in the future. I wantet to know is that do any of you draw on paper first befor making your drawings on the computer because for me at least its making my work a whole lot easier.

So how many of you use paper before the PC?

i draw alot better on paper but when im going to draw something on the computer i start on the computer, i dont use paper before hand. Partly because alot of the times when i go to make something, when i start i have no idea how its gonna turn out. I do that in real life too, i just make it up as i go. And in my experience it turns out better that way cause using a mouse often times its very hard to get the same thing you got with pencil. Also if you draw it before hand you cant make the coloring identical on the comp. Plus i dont color to many of my real life pictures, i like using just plain pencil shades.

I'm very good with a pencil and paper. I took an art class and got into computer graphics so I started making things on it and found it fun.

cool, i just started to draw on paper before i drew on the PC. I draw stuff from time to time on paper, im curretly drawing Happy little animals for ownerofbabylon i even got so board i named them . So far i have Buba the Bear and Wiskers (THIS IS HOW I SPELL IT!!!!) the rabbit. Though i havent draw then next animal so i didnt name it. Also im drawing the look for my new idenity which will also unveil with a character body of it and a movie/gif that shows the end of one age and the begining of a new one (the main reason behind this is to leave behind my reputation and begin a new style of art/style for me which will be a midevalish type so no more gundams for Graal, but i might make them for fun). This is mostly due to my reading The Shannara seires by Terry Brooks, if you like fantasy books that are midevalish you must read these books JUST READ THEM ANYWAY!!!!

Also Cyanide did you draw that heavyarms on paper before it was on the PC ow so long ago?

So kiddies get ready.
