Graalopoly and UN Battalion

We have recently released two new things on UN.

One of those is Graalopoly, or the Graal version of Monopoly. It will be located in the events center where checkers and reversi are. Shout outs go to Ph8 and his group for making a great game.

Another release is UN Battalion. This game combines elements of Magic the Gathering and Yugioh and gives it a unique flare. It is located in the southern part of Bane's Island. You can buy starter packs and booster packs for ep. Bane has stated that he will continue to provide some more cards, so feel free to customize your own deck and play one another in matches!

The Graalopoly works but it is, tbh, very low quality and not fun to play.

Tips for improvement:

• Get better images for the spaces and cards - not just whatever whoever happened to scrawl in paint.
• If the space on the board says "Ghetto Burger" then the card shouldn't read "Ghettoburger" or vice versa.
• Gralat amounts should be displayed as part of the HUD, not in a GUI that's in the way so you're forced to minimize it.

I know you like to hate on UN and stuff so I'll take with a grain of salt here...

1) The deed cards are pretty much just carbon copies of the deed cards from actual monopoly.
2) Just went through all the deed cards and there is only 1/40 which has this problem and for whatever reason its not the one you gave as an example, will get it fixed.
3) Not a terrible idea, but if you hide the log on the gui it doesn't take up too much space.

In any case, if you like monopoly, you'll like the game. If you don't, you won't. Will try to post some screenshots today.

I LOVE both of these new additions. Especially Graalopoly. It's been a while since i've actually enjoyed being on Client.

UN Battalion is still slightly buggy here and there but i'm sure Bane will get onto this!

Fireenn and I almost got a high score for Tetris, but he logged off, and I guess the game didn't want to save our score. ;o

Nice logic there. Because I don't want to (difference between can't, shouldn't, and won't - perhaps some elementary education would do you well) make a server I'm apparently not allowed to point out how ridiculous it is to have an entire mini game completely unrelated to Graal within Graal? How did tower defense go for UN?

so people who like the boardgame can play it? almost every server has CTF and no one complains. what's the difference? and about tower defense, it's played by people all the time.

The difference is that CTF uses Graal's own gameplay mechanics. I also doubt tower defense is played "all the time".

Usually I see people massing about music, drugs, pointless speeches and arguments.
Never seen someone on a mass say "anyone wanna play tower defense?" in the good 12-20 times I've been on in the past two months.

Vaguely stating "multiple people" want to play doesn't seem very convincing, especially when you claim people play it all the time.

I mean, I don't mind adding silly content at all. But adding content people will rarely give a fudge about that doesn't really help progress the server is a bit questionable.

no one cares if you have seen the masses or not beacause people do mass about tower defence. you aren't the center of the UN-iverse, just beacause you didnt see it doesnt mean it didn't happen.

most of the new games could acutally be implemented with micro transactions like offering boosters for batallion for gelats.

I wasn't implying I was, clearly you have an issue that needs to be dealt with, I'm only stating that I've seen differently. I can agree to the possibility that I have probably missed them.

Now please try being more constructive, if you are capable of such.

Everything else you've said is clearly possible, issue is that they need to implement it.

people mass to get players thats all i basically was saying.... i didnt say anything about the quality...... plus i love the new games i think they are fine and the battalion is great it just needs more cards.

That's great. Like I told you though, If I were trolling, I'd be purposely trying to piss people/you off. Glad to hear there's a chance of getting that done, also my last comment towards this, otherwise I won't hear the end of it from you.

1. bad music nerfed as of last night. no more getting insane amounts of mana super fast with the bad music card.

2. mana roulette has been nerfed to prevent too much mana loss and not allowing the enemy to play.

3. you can now discard any amount of cards

4. added a reshuffle penalty via damage once you reach the end of your deck since you end up with 7 free cards on reshufle.

5. bane added the ability to organize the cards via what you choose.
