It looks lke that because the setcoloreffect command is disabled from non-p2p servers so they probably scripted it right. But they havent removed it yet...

It's more that if (created) doesn't work as well as it does offline when it's used online.

That is not true I tried to make something from online and I played it it froze up and I had to open it up the hard way and take off the script
