Okay guys.

I would like to know what events you would enjoy to see on Era, New events, maybe old events that were deleted. Also I would like to know what you would like to see fixed. Is there any event that you think is not fair or could use some upgrading?

What kind of tournaments would you like to see? What kind of new event prizes?

All your feedback is greatly appreciated

I <3 Fun events. (races, chance, lucky grab, etc.)

Though When ETs host they should make at least 1 out of 3 events avilable for trials... Because I've noticed that most events don't admit Trials lately.

I mean, I know why you don't allow Trials @ certian events because of observer mode, and That's Ok though it should be fixed.

In reguards to the notrials, There is an issue with it, I don't put notrials and it still doesnt allow them.

Fixed. It's nice when these things are mentioned to me

For the record, "notrials" at the end was actually allowing trials, and not including "notrials" was disallowing trials.

I'll check tomorrow to make sure trials are still being warped out before entering observer mode. If this is the case, there shouldn't be any problems with allowing trials all of the time (except perhaps for spar tourneys and such).

Era needs more events that don't depend upon PKing or advantages that you gain from playing for a while. A good example of this are sporting events, such as soccer, tennis, football, hockey, etc which also fit the theme quite nicely.

At most there should be "Trial" and "Admin"

Maybe something else to separate the experienced ones, too...anything more than that is not needed and is unprofessional.

Agreed.

There's no reason we need "trial" in a person's name anyway. There's no reason players need to know who is and is not a trial staff member. That's internal staff business, and has nothing to do with the players.

The whole "Captain" thing is a bit stupid. These aren't gangs, they're staff.

Trial is good because it lets the players know that the ET might not know everything yet...So they know that they can expect less (and possibly mistakes) from them

If a "Trial" messes up hosting an event, I'm going to go easier on them than I would someone who is not labeled as a noob

In conclusion with the rank ideas, it was just a test and I was gathering opinions, and I removed the Ranks except for Admin, Asst Admin, and Trial(Trainee).
The Ranks shouldnt exsist but I agree with sales on the whole Trial situation.
Also Squirt at first Nas wasnt going to be my asst, I talked to Deo about the first person I was going to choose and he told me not to that he didnt trust him cause of what he did in the past.
I'm also not changing the ET house. Were adding a new feature to it. Chris and Tim also agreed to help with it.

I added Pro when I was Admin because I was too lazy to train the Trials myself and made them do it.

EDIT: Although it has been used before (that's just why I used it)

20 bucks says u were gonna hire JB and sence Jasons brother got on his account 1 time and went to ec dig and thanks to crows new command ":create" he created over 200 ecs and dug um all up and put them in a locker with his et tag on and sold the locker to himself(jbs bro) I love how hes labled for life by squirt and deo now because of something his bro did. Also if this one event was scripted better there would basically be no possible way an et can abuse but w.e grudges get the best of people

The change isnt really bad...its adding something for events that happen...You will see when it happens.

Yea i was going to Pick Jb, then Deo said i couldnt, i tryed to argue but deo just ignored me after that fact.

like I said. they are positions made for an excuse to give someone power. do you really need a player as a FAQ admin? should just be the manager's job to hire FAQs.
