Your comments have been updated since your last login

I think it would be a good idea if you were notified upon logging on RC that your comments have been updated. A lot of servers use comments to leave notes for eachother, and a lot of times, I see people saying things like "hey ____, check your comments".

Most people don't actively open their comments upon login, and this would help with communication.

Actually, you can script that with GScript2. If you give the NPC-Server R to accounts/*/*.txt comments are stored in your account files in the accounts/ folder, you could parse the file and check if the comments in the accounts/ folder look different from some old comments that are in memory.

Quite simple to do.

So what if the server doesn't have the accounts folder enabled? Valikorlia did not have accounts folder last time I checked (months ago).

Just ask Stefan for it, or ask me to ask him for you.

That idea would be great with a clientside sendtorc.

It certainly would not be a "clientside sendtorc". None the less, I think that it would be a good idea.
