Clothing Contest!

With the release of the new clothing systems, we're holding a clothing graphic contest. Whoever can submit the best clothing wins a special prize.
All reasonable looking clothes will also be given to the creator, so if you don't win, you're not just doing work for no reason.
You can submit your graphics in this thread. The graphics will be judged, then if acceptable they will be uploaded. The best looking graphics will be rewarded.

If you have any questions you can contact me via forum PM or in-game PM.

You are able to animate the clothes, by saving them as an MNG. If you need help you can contact me.

The contest will end on July 1st.

Wow that's very nice, I would almost hate to see it be a private item since it would make such a nice addition to Zormite's tailor.

Well seeing as not very many are listed yet, I feel I might as well just submit mine anyways. Though I allready wish to build a forest tailor shop for it to be made in.

I'd also be willing to put a few other peoples clothing in such a shop on forest. So again all your efforts won't be in vain.

Ok, i made a custom chest piece and legs, the only thing is i dont have pspto set trainsparency on my pc anymore so i did it with ps but they made the outlines lighter (probably AA) but when i tried it on graal it seemed to work fine(outlines showed properly) so, meh, tell me if u need the original non transparent ones .
I'd like to make more if that's allowed.

If events keep getting canceled because of lack of people, the few people that do play will lose interest and there will be less people.

it just sucks that everything done in Kingdoms always has to be for material gain.

In regards to the clothing system, what do you mean "open source"? Also, in what context do you mean "material gain"?

By open-source I mean it would be cool to have people throwing out content specifically for future use, rather than it being for a contest every time.


I'd love to see staff say "Hey guys. We could use some of this now." and watch people scramble to put out content, regardless of whether there's a 'prize' involved. Hell, with how slow Kingdoms gets updates, getting it uploaded at all is rewarding in itself.

Well, players are always welcome to submit content. I don't see how contents makes it any less likely.

I would personally prefer staff-oriented updates. Although player submitted updates (large ones) are entirely unheard of up to this point because developing for GK (as easy as it is to some extents) is beyond the scope of the average player and outside of interest of the average developer.
