Players disappear on GMAP

Ok, the GMAPs have been very buggy from the beginning... for some reason players randomly disappear on my GMAP when they change levels and you/they have to reconnect to be seen. The gmap is in gmaps= on the server options. I don't know what else to do to fix it.

with my experince of gmaps acting like that,
i think the .gmap is broken, but im not sure

tried to update the gmap through rc?

"/updatelevels gmapname.gmap" or something

Maybe restart the server?

/global servercontrol restart

try the /find [gmapname] in rc and see if it's downloadable

The gmap was generated and hasn't been altered so I doubt it's broken...

woah, everytime I upload a gmap (well ow I dont anymore XD) I immediatly do, for exemple, /updatelevel silenceworld.gmap
and then everything work
Sometimes I need to reconnect to see it but well, everything worked fine
How did you make your gmap ? With what image ?
I always make mine from a .gif image, because others file extension doesn't work x.X

I know its stupid and you probably know that, but let's ask anyway, did you upload the .gmap file ? XD Sorry that's too stupid and I doubt you didn't do it, but I don't know so.

He said it's downloadable, so yes it's uploaded.

Did you try restarting? Also, sometimes I've had problems with GMAPs in subfolders, try just the levels/ folder.

levels/ folder always worked because that's all I did for now.
I'm planning to have a gmap subfolder so, maybe the subfolder you got need some fixing or ?

Still isn't working, it's already in the levels/ folder. So I moved it to a different directory and it still doesn't work properly. I can't exactly restart the Gserver, it's on N-Pulse.

Ah, I see what you mean

Restarting is usually the only way to fix it though.
