Ok well Eternal Abyss is the server name. We are trying to get it changed as for right now its Dev Xterminator.

Eternal Abyss is an Classic World. With Quests for items, hearts and Sword and Shield, Great Adventure and more! But for this to happen we need some help..

How will you beat the servers that currently have these features? (Unholy Nation?)

You can't beat out Unholy Nation. You'll be claimed there carbon copy and they'll pass you off after the first week for UN again.

Wasted effort would be guaranteed; think of something different.

k i took this and did hows Modern Server sound? where working on a tileset right now and looking for Staff still

They'll call you a carbon copy of Era.

This won't work out like this. make up something new. Take some idea someone posted in the past, or something. Anything else isn't gonna go much of anywhere

not modern. they all end up just dieing (Utopia ftw). im making like a WW1, no gangs, no houses, warfare, and a big long dirt gmap with trees and bushes and tents. thats unique.

Sands of Glory was originally WW2, because WW1 was trench warfare, and theres little to no gameplay you can get out of that. turn based running and sniping, yip.

Oh god, now every server that is classic is a carbon copy of UN? This is what Graal used to be! Sure, there's already one server(UN), but Graal used to be made up only of these servers and they all did fairly well. Classic gameplay is just that, and to be honest, I'd LIKE to see more servers just being classic, 'cause I don't really like UN.

it's a "carbon copy" to everyone who plays UN. I'm sure it wouldn't be, but any effort taken to be classic with UN's same general idea of playing stupid quests, events and buying weapons with no point to them at all are called UN's carbon copy guaranteed. Graal Legacy was a huge example, even though they strived for something different at least a little with there tileset and guis

He never said anything about buying stupid weapons with no point; events are nothing special(EVERY server has them), so that leaves a server with stupid quests--every graal server before UN came around. UN isn't doing anything special, they didn't set standards, they just happen to be a classic server that survived and everyone migrated to.

Babylon was like this too but it wasn't necessarily a carbon-copy of era.
