If you really are intent on getting the proportions right, just check up the greek canon of art.

It looks a little weird that his head is just moving up and down, since his torso moves alot. Looks like the head isnt moving with the torso, so on the extreme frames the head is stuck on the right/left side.

No idea how you could fix the head-weirdness. I'm not that much into animating ;P

I just don't like you, you seam like a spoiled little kid who's got it all from mommy.

That's pretty harsh :/ no need to start a brawl here. Thats all this is becoming. The graphical discussion is pretty much over anyways

Also...who are we talking about being better than Elk? Are we talking about my art? Me being better than him? I don't know about that, he's turned out a lot of top notch stuff.

Anyways yeah it's pretty much over...I almost feel like requesting for a thread closure...

(p.s. thanks for posting the animation with the head fix)

I'd go with D if the tileset was of equal quality. Yes graal kingdoms are a good start for size. but the bigger (any bigger would be overkill) you go the more detail you can put into a character's clothing and looks. thus giving a better chance to make yourself look apart from the rest. i think everyone can agree that way too many people look way too much alike on some graal servers.
