Importing images problem.

When I try to import images it appears as a blank square. I have it saved in miscelaneous pics folder is that a problem? Heres the image. I have 2 of them and neither work. Would it be that there are 2 of them with the same name? Im still having trouble with this. I have tried importing other images that are in the graal folder and they still do not work. Do I need to save them with a prefix? I didn't post the gani because it doesn't work to import it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled graal shop. They are pngs. and I believe are 8 bit's. Any ideas?

You could just have checked in one of like 3 threads below this one that asked about the same problem :o

never thought of that. How do you delete filenamecache.txt and where is it?

You DO realize that windows has a search function?

I don't know how to explain this well, But I will do it for you, Try this, I made it have a transparent background, And ran it through the program to make it 8 bit.

I got it sorted out. I may use your image though thanks unknown
