Well that's what the current situation seems to be.

Cheetos is very helpful actually, I spoke to him about a problem a couple of days ago when I had been ignored by another.

Need for globals has decreased drastically now that players have basically taken everything into their own hands.

Don't be surprised if one day it gets to the point where Cyberjouers only provides the GServer and the NPC Server while the players do the rest!

Skyld:
  • regularly scripts the Scripted RC;
  • helps by scripting on Era and a couple of other servers sometimes;
  • often answers scripting questions while on Graal;
  • post feedback in script-related threads;
  • assists with testing and bug reporting.
I am not always available, okay, but I am a lot of the time.

I'm sure you can log on Era and PM him. He'll probably respond, he's a nice guy.

I'm around, but I haven't had a whole lot of time lately due to school and such. I can't reply to IMs from people who aren't on my contact list (should be fixed soon), and my VIP is expired so I can't log onto hidden or hosted playerworlds. I'm usually happy to help if a classic server is having issues with something or if somebody needs help with scripting questions (aside from GUI stuff which I haven't played with much).

There are currently only 4 globals total (Skyld, Vulcan, HoudiniMan & I). Nobody aside from Stefan/unixmad can help with account issues now, so there's definitely a need for somebody new.

edit: the IM thing just got fixed

I think we lost the best possible people that would ever be able to do the job right without having grudges against players in the past.

Thats not entirely true I think ive pointed out many a times where its simply just a matter of trust issues.

There are people willing, and capable of helping.

Thanks Cheetos for the reply, hadnt realised it was dwindling down so far.

Yes I understand this, but look at the current state of things, Houdini has problems with players and isn't the best man for his job when it comes to handling certain situations.

Vulcan promises things and leaves them for almost a year.

It's getting beyond a joke.
