On Uprising, almost every folder that we've made doesn't work. Pretty much only the default folders work. Some of the folders show up, but files in them aren't recognized. (ex: if you try to warp to a level in one of those folders it says it doesn't exist)

I sent a support ticket and stefan answered two days later asking what folders, I answered but it's been 4 days and still no reply.
