Hiring a few staff members

Hi, some of you know me, some of you don't. Some of you can tolerate me, some of you can't. Good. If you can't tolerate me stay out of this thread.


On topic:

Thrashsoul and were slowly developing a server based off medieval principles. Leveling up, a good economy (planning similar to 2k1), etc. There would be 6 different "continents," and depending on your nationality, you would start on one of them. The middle continent is a neutral continent for trading exclusive nations' items, etc. Leveling up can occur in forests, when you are fighting one of the many baddies in production, and we are working on gaining slight EXP from PvP.

A lot of documents have been made, but to tell you all of them would waste my time and spoil a lot of the suprises.

We are currently hiring the following:

Scripters:
This is was we need the most. We currently have one scripter who is very good, but he cannot handle all the workload by himself. Scripters need to have a good grasp of GS2 and need to be virtually limitless.

Graphics Artists:
Currently Thrashoul is the only one doing graphics, and as you can tell by the tileset some of our tiles could use some updating. If you are interested in doing graphics for us you need to be able to do EITHER tiles, sprites, baddies, or something that would help us out :P.

Level Makers:
Currently I am making the levels, and Crono said he would help out when we needed him (<3). Levels are not that big of a problem yet, but I wouldn't mind 1-2 people helping out. If you are interested I would like to see some of your classic style levels you have made, 2 inside, 2 outside, linked. Need to be able to script simple NPCs for your levels.

We currently do not have a server, but I am about to post in playerworlds main directing people towards this thread in hopes of a sponsor.

Looks like a mix between something of the oasis style and Relic with the black on the outside of the trees. It looks nice. My only advice is ditch the relic style type of leveling and get some new bodies. :O Other than that it's looking good. Good luck.

That's why we are lookin for a sprite artist, :P. Yeah, I am glad he made them Oasis style, was a big fan of that.

We found a server, once the admin IP is changed we will be using it and I'll upload all the files, etc.
