Sea Dog Saloon

The Sea Dog Saloon (the other tavern, although in my opinion much more catering to the player's wants) is, on my part, finished, and is just waiting for Bjorn to add it - which he assures me won't be long.

To that, I'm looking for a couple staff members. Here's what I'm needing

• Bartenders
• Cooks
• Waitress/Waiters
• Bouncers

Bartenders: Just as it says, you get a drink, and bring it to the customer at the bar - you serve only those people sitting at the bar.

Waitresses/Waiters: Just as it says, except you do food & drink to anyone -not- at the bar.

Cooks: You cook....

Bouncers: You make sure the spar arena (yes, spar arena ) doesn't get too out of hand.

Also looking for some pirates willing to bring me booze and pirate rum.

Businesses and GK do not mix. I am sorry, but there is not enough of a role playing atmosphere encouraged by the staff for there to be an actual purpose of a restaurant or business to be profitable.

You must serve maps if you want any interest.

This isn't a roleplaying atmosphere business, and it's not even really a business since prices are so cheap I won't really make anything off of it.

You have a place to get food, a place to talk weapons, etc, and a place to slaughter each other.

What more could you ask.

you won't be able to "slaughter" anyone. we already have spar arenas that don't get used because of the massive amounts of AC people have.

but, none the less, I wouldn't mind helping out. I couldn't find you on GK, but I'm interested in bartending.

Booze is found on Samurai's Nighthawks island last I knew, not CP.

Well, Bomboria is the main meetingpoint of Main. It would be unfair for a new tavern to put it somewhere away from that. But if we do we have to move the MMT away, too.

I wouldn't be balful for that reason to move the MMT to West Bomboria or so. In opposite it would be more space for farming and a better beer garden.

Perhaps the quest board can be moved to the trade room.

Haha, I meant two differnet things:
a beer garden as a place to sit outside in the green having a beer or whatever and a smalltalk. (we call that beer garden here )
And in the backpart of the pub a place for farming our fresh vegetables.

I think a lot of players would find t refreshing not to be bothered by trials. If they both had the quets log people would always be closer to a log.

I think it's a good idea to have them both in Bomboria, it means more competition and therefore staff will have to work harder to get customers, it's always nice to have a challenge and something to work for on GK

Also it wouldn't really be fair having one business in bomboria (where most players spend alot of time) and one in another part of the map because one will get less custom then the other as many people can't be bothered to walk to the other side of main
