Deadly Draisines?

I just got this funny idea....when a player is on a draisine.....and they hit someone on the tracks, the person they hit should take damage....but if you run into someone else that is on a draisine, it wont affect them...nor could anyone get hurt in railroad park.

Then i could go racing down tracks yelling WOOWOO and smacking n00bs that don't get out of my way

Good idea, but half of the tracks are up off the ground anyways...
