I did work on a chess game a while ago.

It never worked, I think I had all the movement and attacking scripts done. I forget what was done and what wasn't.

I know the board was an array of arrays. And the peices were numbered individually black and white. It was before gscript2 so no functions of that sort.

Yea, the hardest part is the check... perhaps each individual piece should carry a function to see if the king is in check from their position?
