Kingdom skills?
Zormite: Swim in deep water?
Dustari: -[Not to sure]-
Forest: Shoot arrows faster and further?
Samurai: Climb trees?
Pirates: Riding boats faster? (150 Speed, instead of 100)
Hopefully you'll see what I mean. If you don't understand I'll go in to more detail, just say.

Dustari:Horse combat
CP: Ships with extra cannons(front and back), usable by CP only maybe?
Zormite: Faster swimming
Forest: Advanced Archery
Samurai: Double Sword with sacrifice of shield?

Zormites arent fish anymore. Maybe these drows can fly around and just get like dmg +1000.

Silly Brad, that's only in their Super Saiyan Mode. Until then they can only fly.

i have an idea for a CP Skill - Ability to walk faster for a limited time of 3 minutes.
since pirates always run from law :P

Kingdom skills should be unique to your class, if anything, to reflect that a kingdom isn't some homogenous lump of knights or archers.

it wouldnt be much of a KINGDOM skill if its more about CLASS

Read: At the least, there would be ~3 Kingdom Skills. Say, for Dustari:

Barbarians and Warriors: When holding a shield out, you gain extra defense, even against magic or projectiles from that direction. (Dustarians are highly defensive; all in all they prefer being passive)

Priests, Alchemists, and Mages: Permenant attunation to Fire and Protection (Dustari has legendary Pyromancers and Defensive Priests)

Rogues: Dustari has no real Rogues
