Weapon idea: tracershock

Hello!

My idea is that, before firing its payload, the tracerrifle sends out a thin wire with a pointed end on it. It strikes an enemy and enters their skin/armor. The user then has to hold a button down (not sure which, perhaps fire with S and activate with D?) for 3 seconds without being shot or injured. At the end of this 3 seconds, an gigantic voltage of electricity is sent through the wire. Ideally, this does 50 damage or so. However, the range of the tracershock is not very big; you do have to be fairly close to use it. At least within a screen.

Thoughts?

You should have it so the 50hp is sent out in light, quick packages such as to stun the enemy.

Nice idea, i like it. Raei, while mehbee a good idea, thatmakes it impossible to run then, if you get hooked by it then it automatically shocks you. people should have a chance to run
