Lately, since Akira transferred leadership of Zormite to Graynt, things have been going downhill. The dictator does not have his own personal internet access, so his best friend (real life friends), handles mostly everything. His friend Tis the Archiagos, Etien. Etien has dissapointed me lately.

Story behind this dissapointment:

A pirate, Crusty, dropped a present in bomboria pub and he stood next to it with the ctrl-a emotion. I thought it was empty, so I ran by him and grabbed it. I open it, and inside is pirate bracers +12, green wiz, some plat and something else. Of course, Crusty was surprised that I grabbed it, since I guess he figured he'd beat anyone to it if they tried to grab it. He was sad and thought he had lost his items, but I do not steal/scam from anyone. I returned the present to him with everything inside (I dont believe in stealing/scamming and I wouldnt steal/scam from anyone). I tell Etien about what happened, and he tells me that he wouldve kept it. This completely shocked me and made me see him in a different perspective. The other thing on why I dont see Etien the same is because he's been promoting everyone constantly, daily. I see new members I've never even seen before, and they tell me that they've been promoted like 3 times already. Its ridiculous.

So, everything goes fine the day I post the thread, then I get off for bed. I get on today after school, and I'm in the pillors for an hour. It seems Graynt got on, gave Etien access to pillor me, then Etien pillors me for no reason at all. I spoke to Sam (EM Admin) and he had this to say:

I'm bringing up this issue because its ridiculous how people on GK abuse their powers/rights and nothing is done about it. So, I'm sitting here in the pillory for an hour for something I did not do.

So I ask this...

When will justice be served?


Of course, after reading this thread Etien and Graynt will both have me removed from Zormite, but I want something done.

Etien says I'm putting too much interest into the pub, yes well, I manage the pub and I have responsibilities. If Etien is on when I am, then I wouldnt be needed since Etien is higher rank then I am, thus can do more, so I take the time to work on the pub. Etien takes the thread as "bad mouthing" him, well, he cant force me to like him. His actions were unjust and I do not support him in any way possible. You know, I wouldnt be surprised if after I serve this pillor sentence, they pillor me again. In fact, they might remove me.

Etien had this to say:

Well, I will not leave this great kingdom because of corrupt leaders. I've been through too much for too long with ZR to just leave like this. If Akira saw what has happened today, she'd be dissapointed. Etien and Graynt are trying to change ZR into something completely different (tis what Etien said), and its ridiculous how they are ruining the kingdom.

I am not making this thread to gain rights over Zormite. I'm sure the oldbies of ZR would agree with me that this behavior is unexceptable (that of Etien and Graynt). If you meant 'replace him' as in someone else replace him, then yes, tis not what I only want, but tis what is needed for the well being of the kingdom.

He vaguely suggested in another thread that Akira replace him, but that may not be so great either.

Akira stepped down as leader and gave leadership to Graynt. It was the worst decision she's ever made, sadly.

It involves a kingdom leader, so it is not a kingdom issue anymore (I mean one that the kingdom can handle alone). Tis more serious, I assume. Seeing as Stefan/unixmad would have the most rights then anyone on the server, I figured it would be something they should handle. Besides, Sam told me to talk to Stefan or Bjoern, but I'm not sure if Bjoern would do anything without consulting with Stefan first.

I'm sure members like Akira and Wren would agree that I am. Anyways, tis not important whether I'm considered an oldbie or not. Tis a greater issue at hand. And yes, I agree, ZR Tis not the same anymore, but it doesnt mean that it doesnt deserve the title.

Under Wren and Akira's rule ZR was fun. Now it's just bleh. I've been a member of Zormite for two years or so. I was a leading member of the kingdom and also headed the Religious ministry. Now the kingdom is in ruin and nobody is ever on tag, including myself.

I find no confidence in Granyt or Etien's leadership abilities, unfortunately.

Quoting people in specific is super-awesome; Especially when name calling! Then you don't call people, who don't deserve it, "Children". Then they don't get pissed off and want to kick you in the teeth (just as an example).

I said it is abusing, if it is a punishment because of a thread in the forum. Kingdom pillorys are ONLY for punishments because of reasons concerning roleplaying in the kingdom!
All other punishments (for example disturbing events, harassing aso.) ONLY impose by GK staff in the game or by forum staff concerning forums.

Anyway, I pretty much don't go on tag these days (nor do I play as much Graal either). I also feel that since Akira stepped down that the Kingdom itself has just disintegrated. Makes me feel that I should have appreciated Akira more than I did.

What Graal Kingdoms are you playing lately? Kingdoms are dead on GK, there is absolutely zero interaction between kingdoms and little RPing in the kingdoms themselves.

Zormite sucks now. Zen was the last good leader, after Wren took over it got all .. "ring of +12 items and people who buy for USD but say they don't!" -e.

But yeah, if the players are unhappy, Stefan should do something to step in.. who am I kidding though? He's on "everyday", so he must be doing something. ^_~

I was for uh.. almost 2 full months. I also got a taste of all of it myself, as did every other player who wasn't completly ignorant to the problem(s) at that time.

Gambet keeps avoiding the subject, and Kai makes a great point. Who is there better suited to fit the spot? People seem to think Akira can't do it, Gambet won't do it himself, he hasn't named anybody else...

This kindof seems like just an organized attack on a leader, without any real plans to make the kingdom better, just plans to get him outta the hot seat.

How can I avoid the subject I brought up? Just many questions/remarks have been asked/said in this thread so I may miss a few things. Anyways, I never said I wouldnt take up the spot myself. The only reason I havnt answered Kai's question is because no one else really is suitable for the job, but if I mentioned myself then, knowing how the people in the community act, they will say that I made this thread to take over the current Dictators position, when thats not the issue at all. I would take up the spot, but its not what I'm trying to get out of this. I just want Graynt and Etien gone.

My solution is that Graynt and Etien are removed. We can make it a server wide thing on deciding who deserves to take over Zormite (or something of this sort).

Think in my shoes. Why boast and say I would be a great replacement? That will just alter the topic in this thread. I agree, it's not a good solution, but theres not much we can do to decide, without the players complaining.

See Kai, this is what I'm talking about. Complete fools who speak out of their buttox. So as long as Graynt and Etien are punished for what they did, and someone that could lead ZR to perfection is replaced with them, then I'd be satisfied.
