Account IP Error

I have an error on the admin account for playerworld41 where I can not log into player, and the message I am receiving is

"Your IP is not listed in the ip ranges".

I can log into RC with no problem, but I am blocked from getting onto player and that message above is what I receive. Does anyone know how I can get this problem sorted out so that I can get on player?

I read Stefans post where he stated that we can set the ip range to keep others off of our accounts, but no specific details was posted on how to set that up. Any information on where on the website I can go to have this error fixed would be nice.

Oh and yes I am back just for the hollidays.

Sorry for the double post, but I found what is apparently the problem. I can get on RC because I have a long ip range similar to what Growlz posted for the AOL members. So that allows me to get on RC.

For the player account it is comparing the ip for what I had set on the ADCP Spark posted about in the thread http://forums.graalonline.com/forums...ad.php?t=56609

The ADCP from what I see only takes about 9 or 10 Allowed IP-Addresses and it doesn't match what I have set for RC. So its pretty much messed up for me. I have to hope I log on with IP-Addresses that allow me on both RC and player.

The other threads did not seem to go into full detail as to the existing problems they were experiencing. The problem I had was my RC has a range set that is not completely identical to the one set in the ADCP. So sometimes I can get into RC, but not player. When I log in the IP-Address must be listed in both for me to be able to get into RC and player.
