Direct3d Lighting...something...

Check out the screenshot and my problem should be obvious. I'ts been this way ever since i came back to graal (aka started playing GK), but before that there was never anything wrong. It never used to happen when i played on 2k1, and it never happened on any other servers like era (although it does now...). I only have the problem when i turn Direct3d Lighting on

Any idea what's wrong, and/or how the heck i could fix it? It makes me sad not being able to enjoy the lovely lighting fx on GK
