I do partially blame the new system for things like this. I mean, come on. People pay for a server, and then they get level 4 RC with no experience at all and no leadership skills what-so ever and you guys expect them to do a good job.

The managers and owners of today don't understand that RC rights arn't gifts. You don't give them out to people who are only working for more. That's the problem of today. Most of the workers work only to get more rights, and the managers let in.

You're supposed to give them the rights they need to do the job, no more. You don't give rights to a player because hes your friend, or because he/she promises you somthing. You have to have a set of rules for your staff, you can't just let them run loose. You need to develop the leadership skill that is needed and neccessary to do the job. Once you people learn this... problems like this wont happen so often.
