deleting railroads

i think there should be a rule about this, if someone deletes your railroad more than once, while you're working on it, they should be jailed.

i'm tired of making really nice railroads () and having losers delete them. over and over again. (the reasons for them deleting were nice too, one said he needed a place to build even though there was plenty of space elsewhere, the other was actually riding my track for 10 minutes then deleted it a couple of times.)
i asked a police about this and of course recieved a genius response, "....."
