Have people with money be taxed, having the tax money go to the npc's that pay you for bread, etc. If 5 rich guys do get 66% of the money, wouldn't they have earned it? If nobody does anything to earn money, then how is it the 5 rich guys' fault?
How is it the fault of a new player who just joined that five players have the majority of the money?
