Level Requirments

Level Requirments please...
for weapons...
let's say a level 1 can't use a diamond blade yet because of his level.
Because people can just give someone those items and they can automatically wield it and bam theyre equipped with some of the best items..
Mithril- lv15
Delfection shield- lv20
etc
Flaming Sword: Level 5
Diamond Blade: Level 6

Dagger- lvl 1
+4 sword- lvl 2
+6- lvl 3
lvl 4 -nothing use same stuff till lvl 5

This is great..because some people don't even make those nub swords anymore like enchanter and such...
also this would be better...
No flaming and please dont give stupid reasons not to implement this because "you have hella good stuff" etc
...
