OK Stefan said he made it so we can get back to the starting island, and I know there's a few new things there.
However I have searched every blessed town and have yet to find a way back to the starting island. All of the bells either take you to a Kingdom or do nothing at all.
And don't say use /restart
That would be retarded for a lvl 12 to do that just to get back to that island.
