The Real Folk Blues - The Empty Data Package edition

For about a month or 2, my graal has been messed up. It has made it hard to complete quests, and stuff. Unixmad says it has to do with networking, or proxy, or something, but there is nothing I can do about it accept find a new isp. I highly doubt saying "hey mom, can we get a 56k again? this bloody cable modem keeps messing up my graal!" is gonna work. The error occurs when im in baddie filled rooms, and it boots me off the game. Not really a big deal eh? well, it IS a big deal when you get booted every 4 seconds. Some bosses regenerate their health upon relog. I got this one boss to like 2 health, got booted, then had to start all over. It made it a real pain to do the magic quest. Anyways, I am trying to find a solution to fix this problem. It has been happening for a long time, and NO ONE has been able to help. They usually say in slightly different words " ask someone else" . the error is "Your graal.exe has sent an empty data package".

ive tried diffrent F1 options, ive tried reinstalling graal, ive tried reformatting my hard drive. None of this works. Mabe a client upgrade can help?
