Magic Charging

I suggest that the time it takes to cast a spell should rely on your magic level and also the level of the spell.

for example, a sorcerer at magic level 4 casting a level 1 spell should be faster than when he casts it at level 1.
While if the same sorcerer is casting a level 4 spell it should take the normal amount of time (i.e casting a level 1 spell at magic level 1 etc)

Just a suggestion, but as people get stronger the early spells are causing less and less damage, so it shouldnt take as long to cast the lower level spells.
